Privacy Policy
Lumexoravintkd s.r.o., with its registered office at Pribinova 25, 811 09 Bratislava, Company ID: 56 789 012, registered with the Commercial Register of the Bratislava III City Court, section: Sro, file no. 175432/B (the “Controller”), processes your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data.
1. Data we process
We process your first name, last name, email address, phone number, residential address, data necessary for KYC/AML verification (ID copy, IBAN), data about your investments and communication data. We also process technical data (IP address, device type, cookies).
2. Purpose and legal basis
We process the data to provide real-estate crowdfunding services, to perform the contract, to comply with legal obligations (Act No. 297/2008 Coll. on AML), based on your consent for marketing purposes, and on the basis of legitimate interest for security and service improvement.
3. Retention period
Identification data is retained for the duration of the contract and an additional 10 years in line with the AML Act. Marketing data is retained until consent is withdrawn, up to a maximum of 5 years. Cookies are retained based on their category for a maximum of 24 months.
4. Recipients of personal data
We share data only with verified processors: the bank operating the escrow account, KYC verification providers (Onfido, Veriff), our legal counsel, auditor and EU-based IT service providers. We do not sell your data to any third party.
5. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and the right to object. You can exercise your rights at privacy@lumexoravintkd.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
