Real-estate crowdfunding in Slovakia

Opening up the Slovak property market to a wider circle of investors

Modern high-rise residential building in Bratislava

Real-estate crowdfunding is a modern form of collective investing in construction and developer projects. It consists of pooling your capital with other investors and jointly taking part in real-estate projects that would otherwise be hard to access for an individual.

Through a digital platform, multiple investors put funds into a specific project. After construction is completed and the agreed targets are met, the profits are distributed proportionally to each participant based on the amount they invested.

This model allows even people with smaller capital to invest in larger projects, such as apartment buildings, residential complexes or renovations of existing properties — which is increasingly important in the context of the development of cities and regions in Slovakia.

Crowdfunding opens the real-estate market and makes it more accessible. It is no longer just the privilege of large developers or investment funds — today, anyone interested can take part.

How it works

From picking a project to receiving your share of the profit

You choose the project that interests you most, decide on the amount you want to invest and follow the progress of the construction directly through the platform. Once the project is completed, you receive your share of the profit generated.

This is not just a trend — it is a new stage in the evolution of the property market. Crowdfunding opens doors to opportunities that were previously out of reach for ordinary investors in Slovakia.

Our platforms offer complete transparency: you always know where your money is invested, at what stage the project currently is and what the terms of participation are.

Thanks to real-estate crowdfunding you can support projects that transform cities and neighbourhoods, while at the same time profiting from their successful completion.

We built this platform with the aim of simplifying and democratising real-estate investing. Our mission is to widen access to the property market and give people more opportunities to invest and to decide.
